Heat Soak, plus Low coolant/overheating a bit. Next time your car is cold, go check your coolant level, I bet you it is low (Silicone hoses 'sweat'/evaporate coolant over time). You replaced PTU, which is good, HOWEVER, you need to check the wiring connections and the harness. More than likely the contacts are corroded and something is separating when the car heats up! Ideally, you should re-locate your PTU using the guides on the site. As well as soldering the PTU-subharness directly to the EFI harness. For future a grounding kit is a good idea as well.
